The core idea of the project is to create maximal variability for living units. In this case affordable means not only cost efficient but to be suitable for everyone needs.
High variety of living units was reached because of using simple modules (blocks). There are 7 modules:
1 - WC block - 3m x 3m x 4,5m (h)
2 - Bathroom block - 3m x 3m x 4,5m (h)
3 - Stairs block - 3m x 3m x 4,5m (h)
4 - Kitchen block - 3m x 3m x 4,5 (h)
5 - Free plan block - 3m x 3m x 4,5 (h)
6 - Free plan block - 6m x 3m x 4,5 (h)
7 - Free plan block - 3m x 3m x 6m (h)
Combinations of these blocks allow us to create any living unit as for one person or for a family. Blocks can be combined not only in horizontal position but vertically too. So it is possible to create even multifamily house.
